The Nickelodeon Theater Youth Documentary Summer Camp was designed to teach students how to make documentary films about social issues that matter to them - giving them a chance to share their thoughts on social issues like education, healthcare and immigration. It's a 6 day camp camp that includes 5 days of filming and editing and the 6th day is a screening of the films for families and parents at the theater. A big THANK YOU goes to Amanda & Tammy at The SC Appleseed Legal Justice Center, SC Rep. Bakari Sellers, Filmmaker Laura Kissel and the entire Nickelodeon Theater staff.

Youth Documentary Camper Tyeyana was awarded a scholarship through the Write/Right To Change Foundation to attend this year's camp! She tackled School Dropout in her film 'Dropping the Key To Success".
